Centrifugal Pump 38mm suitable for wine, beer & cider

CL series with open impeller for the transfer of wine, wort, beer, juice & cider and also perform CIP duties.

Available model: CL32 with 38mm TriClover fittings 

This pump is close coupled to a 2 pole, 1.5kW motor; mounted on a s/steel trolley and connected to a Variable Speed Drive with 240v single phase input. 

This pump can transfer up to 20,000 litres per hour

The open impeller has reversed blades, designed to optimize the hydraulic efficiency, and can allow small solids in amongst the liquid. Previous installations have been used in breweries where dry hopping has occurred on the way into a bright tank. In the cider and wine industries these pups are used to transfer juice where the occasional skin or seed is present.

The special construction with hand-nuts & clamps allows easy disassembly for inspection and cleaning of the internal components.

Wetted parts are in forged polished plate and investment cast electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel.
