Sraml DeStoner - twin roller type

The Sraml destoning machine is designed to remove the stones from 'firm' fruit such as peaches and nectarines. Any fruit which has the flesh that clings to the sone will require this type of destoner.

Description:

The fruit is pushed by a guillotine between two rollers rotating towards each other, rubber surface roller and the toothed-disk roller. Fruit gets crushed between the rollers and the stone gets pushed into the rubber, by the toothed disk roller. The stone will fall off the rollers, a special sorting blade guarantees the separation of the stone from the pulp. The distance between rollers is regulated, depending on the fruit and its stone size. The teethed disk thickness and spacing vary, according to the type of fruit being destoned.

Stones, after separation, need to be passed to the stone cleaner to remove any flesh that clings to the stones and ensure 100% fruit extraction.

The Destoner is made in Stainless Steel and fixed to pivoting wheels. It is quick and easy cleaning after use.
