Hygienic Centrifugal Pumps with open impeller

Hygienic centrifugal pumps manufactured for the beverage industries and designed for filtering, fast transfers of bulk liquids & CIP.

Features:

• Pump certified according to 3A sanitary standards 
• All Parts made in contact with Aisi 316 S/Steel
• Open Impeller made with s/steel investment casing technology suitable for liquids with occasional solids
• Casing manufactured in cold formed plate with hygienic fittings
• Pumps normally installed with 2 pole, 2900rpm motors
• Fitted on a trolley with DOL (stop/start) control box and option of a VFD 
• Maximum working temperature: 120°C

The following models can be supplied with 145mm Impellers for 2.5bar, 175mm for 4bar & 210 for 6 bar expected head pressures:

CL32 with 38mm inlet for flows of 20,000lts/Hr

CS40 with 50mm inlet for flows of 26K - 35K/Hr

CS50 with 50mm or 63mm inlet for flows of 45K - 60K/Hr

CS65 with 75mm inlet for flows of 90K - 110K/Hr

CS80 with 100mm inlet for flows of 150K - 180K/Hr

Radio Remote or Remote Pendant Control with 15mt cable

Mechanical Seal for high caustic use

Butterfly Valve on the outlet
