Sraml Hydraulic Press

With automatic and completely controlled gentle pressing throughout the entire process, the SRAML basket press prevents any shredding and grinding effect on sensitive fermented skins, avoiding the potential release of bitter, herbaceous substances and astringent characteristics due to high tannin content of pressed wines.

The quality of pressed juice is indisputable only with low concentration of suspended solids. The percolation of the juice across the skins increases the concentration of fragrant compounds from skins to must.

Special design of the press cage enables:

easy displacement of the pomace cake by a forklift, simple cleaning and hygiene maintenance, uniform pressure distribution to the pressing surface, and maximum pressure on the surface of 5.3 bar.

MAIN FEATURES

Automatic and completely controlled gentle pressing throughout the entire process.

Grape is loaded into the stainless steel basket and pressed against the bottom surface by the upper plate. The movement of the upper pressing plate is achieved by a hydraulic system. Juice outflows through the slots on the surface of the basket and drainage channels on the upper and bottom pressing plate, being drained into the collection tray under the press.

Gently presses whole grapes, grape mash and fermenting mash, avoiding any damage to grape skins, seeds and stems.

Easy-to-use touchscreen HMI with programmable pressing parameters. 8 pre-installed programmes and 10 free channels for individual programming.

Special lifting system enables you to easily remove the pomace cake from the basket.

The structure is made of steel painted in food grade colour. Parts in contact with the product are made from stainless steel and non-toxic material.

Easy to use, clean and maintain
