SSteel Helical Rotor Pumps

S/Steel Helical Rotor Pumps are a Self Priming Positive Displacement Pump which are a preferred unit in the wine, juice and oil industry where a gentle transfer is required 

Features:

Referred to as 'monopumps' they feature a helical rotor which rotates eccentrically within a stator to provide a progressive cavity pumping action.

The helical rotor action is a gentle and non-aerative transfer process.   

Pump body and helical rotor manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel

White NBR-L Stator with a single mechanical type seal

Pump body closed coupled to an IP55 enclosed fan cooled motor.

Reaching Head pressures of up to 40 metres = 4 bar (twice that of the CP mono’s)

BSM (RJT) Male fittings on the Inlet / Outlet

Reversible models are fully hygienic, with additional CIP port.

Options:

Stainless Steel Trolley.

Variable Speed Drive with Radio or Cable Remote.
